Refund policy

Within 7 days of the delivery date, we are pleased to accept returns that are mailed back to us. 

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We will offer your refund, less our shipping costs, as soon as the item is received back to us in its original state and packing.  Refund requests will be resolved within 24 hours of receiving the customer's return. Any customer-shipped return that is discovered to be damaged will not be accepted. We anticipate that the consumer will adequately bundle the packages. Orders that have already been sent cannot be canceled because the courier receives them as soon as they are confirmed.
